ITINERARIES

Day  1:  Arrive  in  Tbilisi,  meet  in  the  airport  and  transfer  to  a  hotel 

Day  2:  TBILISI  (Metekhi  church  and  the  monument  of  Vakhtang  Gorgasali,  the  legendary  founder  of  Tbilisi.  Then  cable  car  will  take  you  to  Narikala  Fortress  with  panoramic  view  of  the  city.  The  walk  down  to  the  district  of  Sulphur  bath  houses  and  through  the  Sharden  area  full  of  cozy  cafes,  wine  tasting  bars  and  souvenir  shops.  Visit  Sioni  Cathedral,  Anchiskhati  Basilica,  the  Clock  Tower  of  famous  Rezo  Gabriadze  Theatre  and  State  Museum).

Day  3:  TBILISI - SIGHNAGHI - GREMI - TELAVI - TBILISI  (Sighnaghi ,  the  city  of  love,  Gremi  architectural  complex.  Trip  will  continue  in  Telavi.  Overnight  in  Tbilisi).

Day  4:  TBILISI - MTSKHETA - UPLISTSIKHE - KUTAISI  (Mtskheta  is  religious  center  of  Georgia.  You  will  visit  Jvari  Church,  where  is  nice  views  of  the  confluence  of  Aragvi  and  Mtkvari  rivers.  The  nexts  is  Svetitskhoveli.  After  it  visit  cave  town  Uplistsikhe  and  then  drive  to  Kutaisi,  Overnight).

Day  5:  KUTAISI – BORJOMI - AKHALTSIKHE  (In  the  morning  we  will  take  a  tour  around  Kutaisi.  Visit  the  Gelaty  Monastery  and  the  famous  Prometheus  cave.  Before  arrive  in  Akhaltsikhe  stroll  in  the  Borjomi - Kharagauli  National  park,  the  biggest  in  Caucasus.  Overnight  in  Akhaltsikhe).

Day  6:  RABATI  (AKHALTSIKHE) - KHERTVISI - VARDZIYA - AKHALTSIKHE  (In  the  morning  visit  the  old  stone  Rabati  fortress,  then  drive  to  Vardzia.  En  route,  short  stop  at  Khertvisi  Fortress.  Vardzia  is  a  multi-storied  complex  with  streets,  tunnels  and  stairs  leading  to  monasteries,  temples,  fortresses,  baths,  libraries  dwelling  houses  and  so  forth.  Overnight  in  akhaltsikhe).

Day  7:  AKHALTSIKHE - DMANISI - BOLNISI - TBILISI  (In  the  morning  drive  back,  passing  an  amazing  Paravani  lake  and  Tsalka  reservoir.  Visit  Dmanisi  town  and  Sioni  of  bolnisi  cathedral,  where  is  one  of  the  oldest  historical  documents  of  the  Georgian  alphabet.  Arrive  in  Tbilisi  and  overnight).

Day  8:  Departure  (Transfer  to  the  airport)
